Mental health is a subject which a lot of people (still in this day and age)
do not want to speak/hear about.
This is one of the reasons why there is a lack of public awareness around support, which is out there and not always easy to obtain dependant on your location. This is wrong.

In some areas there is first class support and other areas even walk-in centres will only be able to offer limited help if you could be a danger to yourself or others.
The hardest thing to do is ask for support. It should not be a case of being a threat to others or yourself.
It is possible to take the hardest step forward and it should be easy to seek support.
